Since all our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to fix it! Please:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package

  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Let us know your order number

We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.


💳 Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery

  • Slight color, scent, or design variation (this is natural with handmade products)


🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it with the same or a similar item.
