All products are handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations in color, shape, or scent may occur — that’s the beauty of handmade!

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph items, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • Orders may take 5–10 business days to ship, as products are made to order

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

All prices are listed in [PKR] and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or other trusted providers.

5. Shipping

We ship orders within 5–10 working days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Wax n Wicks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds
